Smoothies got me Like!
Hey guys! It’s me again. Today I wanted to talk to you about a yummy invention called SMOOTHIES! I love smoothies. Fruit smoothies, kale, or chocolate and peanut butter ones satisfy me for any meal. Whenever I don’t know what to make I put together a smoothie recipe that I think will go together to make the perfect smoothie. Smoothies can be beneficial to our health and replace big meals. For example, today I had lunch when I got home from classes. I already had a bagel for breakfast so I knew I shouldn’t have another carb. Instead, I fetched for some kale from my fridge and started planning out what I need.
I love smoothies because they are quick and easy. I also enjoy the fact that you can use any ingredient. For example, today I made a kale smoothie. Normally I don’t like the taste of veggies because they just don’t appeal to my taste buds.
Finding out about smoothies gave me a better perspective on healthy eating especially with my yummy kale smoothie I have a recipe down below.

Here is what you will need
- Creativity and positivity
- Any blender
- Ingredients
- Kale
- PB2
- Oatmeal (optional)
- Half of Banana
- Yogurt Activia vanilla
- Almond milk unsweetened
- Cubed ice
Basically after you collect your various ingredients you just put them into the blender and blend them into a smoothie.
By all means do you do not have to make this exact smoothie. To me it is just a treat I make myself sometimes. I encourage you to use a smoothie as your next meal. It helps control your meals for the day and it has help me a lot with balancing my diet by getting fruits and veggies.
